How long can I rent the totes?

What's included in the rental price?

Every package includes the totes, lids, delivery to your door, and pickup when you're done — all within 20 miles of Crystal Lake, IL. Starter is $99/week or $149 for 2 weeks. Standard is $149/week or $224 for 2 weeks. Large Move is $200/week or $300 for 2 weeks. Optional add-ons: moving dolly (+$20) and 100' of 12" bubble wrap (+$25).

Can I add more totes to my package?

Yes! Extra totes are available as an add-on when you book. You can also contact us after booking if you realize you need more.

Do you offer a moving dolly?

Yes, we offer moving dolly rentals for $20 for the full rental period. It's a great way to move stacked totes quickly without straining your back.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver within 20 miles of Crystal Lake, IL. This covers most of McHenry County and parts of Lake and Kane counties. Check our Service Area page for a full list of covered towns.

How much notice do you need for delivery?

We ask for at least 2 days advance notice when booking. For same-week bookings, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What time will you deliver?

We'll confirm a delivery time window with you by text or email after your booking is placed. We work around your schedule as much as possible.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

We prefer someone to be present for delivery and pickup, but if you have a safe place to leave the totes (garage, porch, etc.) we can arrange a contactless drop-off.

Where do you pick up — my old address or new address?

Pickup is from your new address after you've unpacked. Just stack the empty totes and we'll come get them.

Are the totes clean?

Absolutely. Every tote is professionally sanitized between rentals. You'll always receive clean, fresh bins ready to pack.

How much can each tote hold?

Our heavy-duty plastic totes hold up to 65 lbs each. They're built for moving — not flimsy cardboard that collapses under weight.

Do the totes come with lids?

Yes! All totes include snap-on lids. No tape required — just pack, snap the lid, and stack.

Can the totes be stacked in a moving truck?

Yes — that's one of the biggest advantages. Our totes are uniform in size and designed to stack securely, which makes loading a truck faster and more space-efficient than cardboard boxes.

What if a tote gets damaged during my move?

Normal wear is expected. If a tote is significantly damaged, contact us and we'll work it out. We're not here to nickel-and-dime you.

How do I book?

Book online through our Book Now page. Select your package, choose your delivery and pickup dates, enter your address, and confirm. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Can I change my delivery date after booking?

Yes, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for date changes.

Do you serve commercial or office moves?

Yes! Our Large Move package (60 totes) is great for office relocations. For larger commercial needs, contact us directly for a custom quote.
